Best Eating Establishment is open to all businesses working in the hospitality sector that offers a “food” service/experience to the public.  This category is open to but is not limited to cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, delicatessens, etc.  The judges will be looking to see how management leads, inspires and provides direction to your company towards achieving excellence in all aspects of the business. The shortlisted companies in this category will also undergo a “Mystery Shopper” evaluation in lieu of an interview with the Judging Panel.

• Typed submissions should be completed and 4 copies returned to Drogheda Chamber, by 3.00pm on the Friday 7th October 2011.

• In the event that your company is shortlisted for this award you will need to be available on 16th November for a 15 minute interview/presentation with members of the Judging panel - this applies to the following categories: Best Start Up, Best Established, Manufacturer/Exporter of the Year, Successful Sales & Marketing, Best E commerece in Business, Best Green Buiness & Community Contribution. 

• A Mystery Shopper will visit the following shortlised nominees in place of an interview at any stage from the 29th of October to the 15th of November- Best Retailer, Healthy/Hair & Beauty & Eatery of the Year
