Customer Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality – Sponsored by ADS Solutions
The Award is open to all businesses working in the Tourism or Hospitality sector. To succeed in this category you must demonstrate how customer service is key to gaining repeat business and how your business strives to consistently increase customer satisfaction.
Entrants for this award are required to provide a TYPED submission outlining the answers to a number of questions and include any additional information you feel will assist the judges in assessing your application.

Typed submissions should be completed and 4 copies returned to Drogheda Chamber, by 5.00pm on the closing date.
The shortlisted companies in this category will undergo a "Mystery Shopper" evaluation. The areas covered by the Mystery Shopper are as follows:
- First impressions
- Telephone manner
- Acknowledgement and Greeting
- Customer Care
- Services
- Product Knowledge
- General Interaction with the Customer
- Meeting/Exceeding Customer Expectations
