Local business entrepreneur Eugene Kierans, Victualler, was re-elected as President to the Drogheda Chamber. The current President spoke of the great honour and privilege it was to continue to lead the Chamber for another year. He also spoke about the changes that the Chamber has seen over the past year, including moving to a dedicated building on the Dublin Road.
The President outlined his vision for his role in the coming 12 months. There will be continued focus on membership growth as well as increasing membership value, strengthen the business voice of the Chamber and evaluating new projects for 2007/2008.
The President thanked the Council and sub-committees for their hard work and dedication to the Chamber over the past year.
