Customer Excellence in Retail and Services
The Customer Excellence in Retail and Services Award is open to all retailers and companies providing services to the general public. To succeed in this category you must demonstrate how customer service sustains your business in a highly competitive market. Finalists in this category will undergo a “Mystery Shopper” evaluation of your service instead of an interview with the Judging Panel.

Entry information:-

- Typed submissions should be completed and 4 copies returned to Drogheda Chamber, by 3.00pm on the Friday 9th October 2009.
- In the event that your company is shortlisted for this award your business will undergo a MYSTERY SHOPPER visit to assess the services that your business delivers to customers. This will take place between 29th October and 11th November 2009.
Please note: The judges are aware of the commercial sensitivity of information provided and all submitted material will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
