Customer Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality


The Customer Excellence in Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality Award is open to all businesses working in the Leisure, Tourism or Hospitality sector. To succeed in this category you must demonstrate how customer service is key to gaining repeat business and how your business strives to consistently increase customer satisfaction. The shortlisted companies in this category will also undergo a my a “Mystery Shopper” evaluation in lieu of an interview with the Judging Panel.

Entry information:-

  • E-mail enquiries@droghedachamber.com to receive a copy of the form.
  • Typed submissions should be completed and 4 copies returned to Drogheda Chamber, by 3.00pm on the Friday 9th October 2009.
  • In the event that your company is shortlisted for this award your business will undergo a MYSTERY SHOPPER visit to assess the services that your business delivers to customers. This will take place between 29th October and 11th November 2009.

Please note: The judges are aware of the commercial sensitivity of information provided and all submitted material will be treated with the strictest of confidence.

  • Customer Care
  • Services
  • Poduct Knowledge
  • General Interaction with the Customer
  • Meeting/Exceeding Customer Expectations
